- Ready-stock items: normally prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Special request items: require confirmation before checkout; processing time can be longer.
- Address review: orders with incomplete names, phone numbers, or addresses may be held until support confirms the details.
Delivery Options
Final delivery method depends on destination, product size, and selected checkout option. The store can support standard delivery, tracked delivery, and insured delivery for higher-value orders.
Tracking
Tracking information is added after dispatch. Customers should allow time for the carrier system to update after the first scan.

Please check product name, selected quantity, shipping country, full address, and phone number. For wholesale or multiple-item orders, contact support before payment so shipping can be quoted accurately.
